Edge gym Ltd   – Terms and Conditions

1. Membership

  • Membership is subject to approval by Edge gym Ltd.

  • Members must be at least 16 years old to be unattended in the gym.

  • Membership fees, types, and benefits may vary and are subject to change.

2. Rules and Regulations

  • Members must comply with all gym rules, policies, and guidelines, including safety instructions and proper equipment use.

  • Edge gym Ltd reserves the right to refuse access or terminate memberships for any breach of these terms.

3. Liability Waiver

  • Members assume all risk of personal injury, death, or property loss resulting from any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Members agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, and taxes for their selected membership type.

  • Late or returned payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Members may cancel their membership by logging into their online “ClubRight” account and manually cancelling the membership. Or by speaking to a member of staff in person at Edge gym Ltd premises.

  • Edge gym Ltd will not accept email notice as a cancellation of membership and will not offer refunds for fees taken.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

6. Personal Information and Privacy

  • Personal information collected will be managed according to the Edge gym Ltd Privacy Policy.

  • Edge gym Ltd may use personal information for marketing purposes, subject to applicable laws.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Edge gym Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
